FOOD REVIEW : "MARTABAK AIR MANCUR"




In Indonesia, there are two types of martabak namely Sweet Martabak and Eggs Martabak. But here I want to discuss in more detail about Sweet Martabak. Sweet Martabak or originally named Hok Lo Pan was originally Typical Food of Bangka Belitung. Hok Lo Pan or Martabak was created by the Hakka (Khek) people of Bangka. The only one in the world, the Hakka (khek) tribe food that uses the name of the Hoklo tribe. Almost everyone in big cities like Jakarta know Martabak Bangka, its real name in Bangka is Hok Lo Pan (Martabak). The Meaning of Hurhiah Hok Lo Pan (Martabak) is a Hok Hok Lo Pie.
Hok Lo Pan (Martabak) is a very simple cake. Making it seem easy. Just 12 Minutes waiting for Hok Lo Pan (Martabak). Almost all Indonesians love martabak and know so well this food, one of which I am very fond of sweet martabak. Sweet martabak place that I like very much that is '' MARTABAK AIR MANCUR '' which is in bogor close to where I live, and I will review sweet martabak in Martabak Air Mancur.
Martabak Air Mancur is the name of a type of snack that is famous as in the rain city, Bogor. The name is taken from the name of the area where the shop stands is the Fountain area. Fountain area located right around the Park or Waterfall Monument on the street Sudirman Bogor. This location is one of the culinary attractions, especially at night.
Martabak Air Mancur besides its unquestionable taste is its thickness. Thickness which means more martabak contents. Compared to various martabak in Bogor the size of the thickness and the contents are indeed beyond the average that makes many people love it.
